Timeline:- 2009: The firm was established by Mr. Tsheten Dorji, the then proprietor with its name as "J.P.K Construction";
- 2011: The ownership was transferred to Mr. Tashi Wangyel with its new name as GNH Builders:
- 2011: The following projects were completed:
- Construction of PTC, TT, Thimphu;
- Construction of CSS, TT, Thimphu; and,
- Mtc. works of office ceiling of the DoT, MoEA, Thimphu.
- 2012: Projects completed - Construction of irrigation channel, RNR RDC, Tsirang
- 2012: Ongoing works - Farm road construction at Nanglam
